Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Morocco, either to your home or to a pick-up point, depending on your location.

Delivery Times

• Mohammedia / Casablanca / Rabat / Marrakech: 24–48 business hours

• Other cities: 2–4 business days

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping for orders over 350 MAD

• 10-35 MAD for orders below that amount

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email or message as soon as your package is shipped, including a tracking link.

Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed, has an address issue, or is lost in transit, our customer support team will assist you until the problem is resolved.
